La cible M-6 et la bombe SAB-100 partageaient la même enveloppe. L'amorçe permettant d'allumer la charge de cordite destinée à libérer cette dernière était située à l'avant.
On distingue sur la M-6 la charge pyrotechnique, son déclencheur, le parachute principal et le parachute extracteur. Le réflecteur radar est caché par le cordage du parachute principal.
La SAB dévoile une partie de ses charges pyrotechniques et leur parachute respectif. Le parachute extracteur est au centre.
